  - No right of withdrawal for professionals.
   - Return procedure in the event of a defective product.

  - Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.

  - Neither party can be held responsible in the event of force majeure.

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the buyer acknowledges having read them and accepted them in full.
